I entered a 21-day holistically transformative journey, using sacred Sound with Kolt Beringer.

The 1st week was a very intense cleansing of my wholeness. At the beginning I could only identify with a physical healing; however if you could imagine a vacuum cleaner pulling energy from your body. I needed extra sleep that 1st week to recover from the wholistic cleansing.

The 2nd week the proverbial onion started to peel, layer by layers some pain mixed with euphoria. My energy began to be restored, not needing extra sleep.

I was very new to this type of therapy, so I was skeptical as to how it would work. For me, it was distance Reiki therapy.
